How to Book?

First choose where you want to travel, what do you want to do, the date of the tour and for how many people you would like to make reservation for. This will produce a list of tours for your requested date. Press “More info” button to find a detailed preview of the tour. To proceed, click “Book This Tour” button. Fill out all requested fields and proceed to check out. A deposit will be charged and your tour will be booked. You will receive a reservation confirmation to the email address that you provided.

Is the Deposit Refundable in the Event of a Cancellation?

Unfortunately, as per our Terms and Conditions, the deposit is non-refundable.

How do I Cancel my Booking?

You can cancel your bookings online through your User Account. Just log in to your account www.tourscheck.com/login to see a list of your upcoming bookings. There is a "Cancel" button for each booking enabling you to cancel your booking online.

You can also cancel your reservation by contacting the service provider directly using the contact details on your confirmation reservation email.

How do I Change my Booking?

You can only change your booking by canceling your reservation and booking a new one. In this case a deposit will be charged again, according to your new reservation. Unfortunately your previous deposit is non refundable.

Alternatively you can change your booking by contacting the service provider. In this case acceptance of any amendments to your booking is at the discretion of the service provider. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

Can you Resend my Confirmation?

When booking through Tourscheck.com, a user account will also automatically be created which you can access at any time to check all of your bookings.

Can I Get a Discount?

Yes you can. There are promo codes floating around, by using one promo code at the time you will be exempt from paying security deposit.

If Have a Problem With an Existing Reservation, What Do I Do?

If you have a problem with your existing reservation, please contact us, quote your booking reference number, and we will be happy to help.

I am Getting Error Messages When I Try to Book, What Should I Do?

Our credit/debit card bookings are secure and processed through PayPal. There are few reasons why your credit card transaction can not be processed. Please check the following and try your transaction again:

  • There may be insufficient funds to cover the transaction being booked;
  • You may not have filled out all the information fields requested.
  • You may be choosing the incorrect card type (for example if you have a "Visa Electron" card, you must choose "Visa Electron" in the drop down menu and not just "Visa"

I Got an Error Message Waiting for the Confirmation Page to Come Up, What Do I Do?

Can I Contact the Service Provider Before I Book Online?

We do not provide contact information for service providers before bookings. You will receive complete contact information, including email address and telephone number, on your booking confirmation. If you have a question about a specific service which is not covered in their description online, please contact us and we will be happy to find out for you.

Is Tourscheck.com a Secure Site?

All sensitive information exchanged between your computer and our site is encrypted using SSL. This ensures that your information is transmitted securely and is safe from access by third parties. For more information, please contact us.

Can I Pay With Cash on Arrival?

This depends on the service provider’s own policy. The service provider will have clearly displayed on their “Payment policy” of your chosen tour which method you can pay with on arrival to the tour, which may be either cash and/or credit/debit card.

The Amount For Which I Have Been Charged for my Booking is Different to my Credit/Debit Card Satatement, What Do i Do ?

We allow you to view and be charged for your deposit and booking fee in either US Dollars ($) and Euros (€). Please note that the final balance due, will always be in the local currency. The option to view your booking in another currency is an indicator only and we cannot guarantee the exchange rate on the day to be the same when the charge appears on your card. Please allow for fluctuating exchange rates. If this does not answer your question, then please contact us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.

If I Book With a Debit Card or PayPal Do I Need to Do Anything Before Arrival?

You can book the tour with your debit card or PayPal and deposit will be charged immediately. The rest of the amount will be charged by the service provider according to their payment policies. Service providers might ask for your credit card details to finish the booking process.

Do I Need a Credit Card to Book?

You must have a valid credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Visa Debit. We do not accept Amex. Please check the service provider “Payment policy“ to see if they accept credit cards on arrival. Most will accept debit cards, unless otherwise specified.

Can I Use my PayPal Account Instead of Credit or Debit Card?

We do provide the option for you to pay your deposit using PayPal account. However please note that not all service providers accept PayPal, so this is why you may not see the option when you try to select PayPal on the booking page.

How Do I Make a Booking Using PayPal?

Once you are on the check-out page, you will be redirected to “PayPal” where you will be able to make a payment via your account.

I Have a Debit Card But I Can Not Make a Booking.

There may be insufficient funds to cover the transaction being booked.

What is the Deposit For?

When you book online, we take deposit (down-payment) to secure your reservation. This amount will not be refunded to you on arrival. You will be asked to pay the rest of the cost on arrival to your tour which you will find in the booking confirmation.

Is the Deposit Refundable on my Arrival?

No, the deposit is down-payment and is non-refundable. It will be deducted from the overall balance due on arrival.

Can You Check Availability on a Tour for Me?

All availability is uploaded by the services providers themselvesando it is up-to-date. We can not check availability and rates or make bookings for you.

What is the Maximum Number of People I Can Book For?

It depends on how many available places there are on each tour. All availability is uploaded by the services providers themselves and it is up-to-date.

I am Travelling With Young Children, is it Suitable to Book Them a Place on the Tour?

Service providers will display on their “Tour description“ if the tours are childen friendly and if there are any conditions that apply for children.

Do Service Providers Have Age Restrictionson on Their Tours?

It is recommended that you check the tours details on their “Tours description“ to find out whether or not there is an age restriction.

Why is my Nationality Not Included in the Drop Down Menu on the Enter Details Page?

For legal reasons, Toursheck.com do not currently facilitate bookings for accommodation or other travel products by nationals of Belize.

If you are a national of Iran, Syria, Sudan or North Korea, in order for us to facilitate your booking you must confirm to Tourscheck.com that your credit card is not issued through one of these countries and that you are not present in one of these countries at the time of your booking.

This has been a difficult decision for us, but unfortunately, it is beyond our control owing to new regulations which Tourscheck.com needs to adhere to by law. We sincerely hope that at some stage in the future we will be able to assist you again in your travel arrangements.

Are There Any Countries Where I Can Not Book Tour or Other Activities?

For legal reasons, Tourscheck.com does not currently facilitate bookings for tours or other activities in Belize, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar (Burma) or North Korea. This has been a difficult decision for us but unfortunately, it is beyond our control owing to new regulations which Tourscheck.com needs to adhere to by law. We sincerely hope that at some stage in the future we will be able to assist you again in your travel arrangements for these countries.

Do I Need to Reconfirm my Booking Before Arrival?

Unless specified by the service provider directly on the “Tours info“ or on the conditions you have received, you do not need to reconfirm. Please print out your booking confirmation and have it ready at the meeting point for the service provider representative.

How Do I Review the Tour?

You will receive an automatic email the day after your tour asking you to review the tour and giving you an opportunity to rate it and leave comments so that other customers can see them. If you did not receive a feedback email, please contact us with your reference number and we can resend this to you.

Can I Have More Than One Name on the Confirmation?

No, the confirmation email contains only the name of the person who made the booking.
