We collaborate with destination management companies, tour and activity providers, and experience creators—whether companies or independent operators—who are registered, legally compliant, and offer high-quality products. We reserve the right to refuse onboarding of providers or experiences that we deem inappropriate for our customers.
What experience we are looking for?
We’re looking for the best of the best—premium, top-tier experiences that are in tune with local heritage. From private and small group sightseeing, cruises, and culinary classes to one-of-a-kind dining, visual, and audio experiences, we want to showcase the most unique offerings available!
Connectivity with channel managers?
As we focus on curated, high-quality experiences rather than large-scale mass tours, we do not offer API connections to other booking management systems. Our platform is designed to provide a personalized and seamless experience for both providers and customers.
Obligations of using Balmondo?
You are obligated to fulfill any reservations you’ve already charged for and provide the full experience or activity as promised to our clients. You have the freedom to deactivate your activity or account at any time, but you must still honor any upfront reservations that are fully paid. We reserve the right to deboard any provider who fails to fulfill reservations, maintains a consistent rating lower than 3.0, or has a significant number of customer complaints.
